Multifamily Unit Turns (Example)

This is an example project, not a finished job. It shows the shape of the multifamily work we take on so this page is not empty on day one. Replace it with a real community, real unit counts and real photos from the admin.

On an occupied community we renovate in batches sized to the occupancy: a set number of units close each week, our crews move through them in trade order, and each unit is walked by the owner with the key in hand before it goes back to the leasing office with a return date they can quote. Clubhouse and model units get finished and furnished by our FF&E crew so the property photographs on the day leasing reopens.
