What we do for convenience stores and fuel sites
We build the store: coolers and walk-ins, counters, food-service areas, restrooms, shelving and fixtures, all installed by our own crews. Most of this work is a rebrand or a remodel on a site that stays open, so we phase the store in sections and keep a share of the pump islands selling while the rest of the interior is rebuilt. A store remodel can also stand on its own, adding food service, coolers or a new counter layout without touching anything outside the doors. The fuel side is never our scope: we coordinate our schedule with the fuel contractor’s schedule so both sides finish together.
How the job runs
We walk the store with you first and turn the brand’s image package into a section-by-section plan: what closes this week, what stays open, and where the register moves while a section is down. Coolers and walk-ins come out and go back in on a schedule that keeps refrigerated product moving instead of sitting in a truck. Counters, shelving and fixtures go in the order the store reopens, section by section, so the last part finished is the first part stocked. A punch walk closes every section before the crew moves to the next one, so nothing gets left for the grand opening to find.
What moves the number and the calendar
The brand’s interior standard sets most of the finish package: cooler doors, counter materials, flooring and signage each carry their own products and lead times. Whether the store stays open during the work is the second driver. A phased rebrand on an operating site takes longer than working an empty building, and we plan around that trade-off with you before the first section closes. A food-service addition, a new deli or a coffee program, adds plumbing and equipment scope that changes both the number and the schedule, and it is worth pricing early if you are considering it.
Reopening on the date
The store’s inspection is what sets our schedule. We sequence coolers, counters and fixtures against the date the brand and the operator agreed to, section by section, so the store is stocked, fixtured and ready to sell the morning it reopens. A punch list with a signature closes every walk, so there is a record of what was fixed and when.
Licensed and insured
We are licensed and insured, with more than twenty years of combined experience among our principals, and we run the store side of a fuel site as its own schedule, built to reopen on the date the brand and the operator agreed to.
