A PIP or a rebrand is not only an interior job. The exterior carries the new look too: fascia, entry features and exterior skins refreshed and made paint-ready, storefront framing supported before the glaziers set the new front, and the roof repairs that turn up when we open the ceiling handled in the same pass. Our crew handles all of it instead of splitting the exterior between subcontractors who never talk to each other.
Renovations turn up roof problems nobody scoped: a tie-in that was never sealed right, a section that has to be repaired before the interior trades can start. We find those and fix them as part of the same job, and we close every opening we make before the finish trades behind us are exposed to it.
