Millwork is what a guest touches first and what an inspector photographs last. Reception desks, vanities, headboard walls, closet systems and the trim that ties a room together all come through our own carpenters, so the fit gets decided in the room by the people who will install it, not negotiated between a shop and an installer who have never met.
On a renovation that means scribing to walls that were never straight. On a build-out it means the casework goes in the week it was promised, because our carpenters are already on site finishing the rooms ahead of it.
