Every wave and pocket in a drywall job shows the moment the sun comes through the window. Our crew hangs, tapes and finishes in house, and our superintendent checks walls with a raking light before the painters are called, because it costs almost nothing to float a joint now and a full repaint to fix it after move-in.
Because the same crew follows our framing, the boards go on walls we already trust, and the finish level is matched to the space: a level five skim on a lobby feature wall, a clean level four in a back corridor, without paying for one where the other belongs.
