Trade & installer network
Work with a contractor that is on the site
Electricians, plumbers, HVAC, fire protection, flooring, low-voltage and specialty installers: we run steady renovation and construction work across Texas and we need partners who finish clean and show up when they said. Apply to join our trade network.
Why work with us
Decisions on site, pay on schedule, work that repeats
Decisions on site
Questions on site get answered by our project manager, the same day, not routed through three people.
Paid on the schedule we agreed
Approved pay applications are paid when we said, so your crew is never carrying our job.
Repeat work
Hotel PIPs, apartment renovations and retail build-outs come in waves. Partners who finish clean get the next wave.
A site that is ready for you
Our own crews run the trades ahead of yours, so when you are scheduled the space is actually ready.
Scope in writing
Drawings, dates and what is included, sent before you mobilize, so there is nothing to argue about later.
Referrals rewarded
Send us a crew that performs and we pay a referral when they complete their first job.
