Select-Service Hotel Renovation (Example)

This is an example project, not a finished job. It shows the shape of the hotel work we take on so this page is not empty on day one. Replace it with a real property, real dates and real photos from the admin.

A select-service PIP on a property like this is run floor by floor with the owner of our company on the hotel: rooms come out of inventory in blocks, our crews carry the finish trades through them, our FF&E crew installs the case goods and soft goods behind them, and the block goes back on sale on a published date before the next one closes. The lobby, breakfast area and corridors are phased around guests who never stop checking in.
